To enter your Tamaskan Dog into our virtual show, please send your photo submissions to: info@tamaskandogassociation.com. We will need up to five high-resolution photos, with at least the two following angles:
Headshot
The dog must be looking at the camera such that the entire head and neck area are visible. Ears should be up and forward.
Side View, Full Body (Stacked)
A “stacked” view is also required, where the entire dog is visible from the side, standing on a flat, even surface. The dog should be in a neutral, natural stance. Feet should also be visible. It is preferable for the dog to not be wearing a collar or harness.
Shows are judged monthly by one of our members. All dogs will automatically be sorted into their correct classes based on their age, after their initial entry – however, it is important for you to keep their photos up to date! Please remember to send new photos as your dog changes categories, or, we recommend:
- Every 3 months for puppies
- Every 6 months for junior dogs (Intermediate Adult class)
- Every 12 months for adult dogs (Open and Veteran classes)
Dogs whose photos are clearly outdated for their classes will be excluded from the competition until newer photos are received. Depending on placement, points can be earned. These points will accumulate throughout the year for final prizes at the end of each membership year.
